Hey, thanks everyone...yeah, I miss him so much that I am not even sure that "miss" is the right word.

I am also very inspired by the woman who runs the small reswcue organization that I volunteer for. She is a warrior and champion for animlas...but she is also very practical in it. Whatever she can do to save a life and promote education to everyday people about what it is to truly love and take care of a dog. She does this from her home and it is so incredibly hard to maintain along with a job and family. She has the heart of a lion.

My sister. She's a wife and mommy of two and a youth Pastor at church. She's the most patient loving person I know. Although she's younger than me, I totally look up to her!

hands down it is my Grandmother.  She is the most loving, caring, talented, quirky person I know.  She has not had an easy life and always takes things in stride.

Anabel - sorry to hear about your brother but it is great that you are able to keep his memory alive in all that you do

Anabel, your brother sounds like an amazing person. I'm so sorry you had to lose him at such a young age.

For me ... gosh, it's hard to choose just one. I have a friend whose husband was paralyzed from the neck down in a work accident 2 years ago. They also have 2 young children. Just seeing how she has handled everything and clung to her faith through it all ... she inspires me every day!

My brother. His thought system was SO ahead of his age and time, and he was fearless in his pursuit of the life that he wanted. I miss him a lot, he died in a car accident when he was 27 and I was 30. I try to employ his thoughts and philosophies everyday in the way that I live.
