Scheduling Sex

My husband and I literally wrote in our planners today! I could not stop laughing at ourselves! I told him that scheduling sex was actually the most romantic thing we've done in a while, LOL! We really cannot find time unless we do it this way. I go to bed hours after he does and he leaves for work hours before I wake up, and when he gets home from work it's dinner, family time, and getting the boys ready for the next day and off to bed. Hopefully this helps some, even if it isn't spontaneous. Has anyone else had to schedule this type of thing? LOL

That's funny! My husband and I haven't had to schedule sex yet. We only currently have 2 sons, our youngest son, Addison, is out by 7:30 and our older son, Kendall, is in bed by 8 so we have loads of time after they go to sleep to have "our time" which is a good.

We don't put it in our planner but we don't go more than 3 days without having sex. It has just been our thing since having kids...it has really worked too.

LOL, We have a lock, but leaving six boys (two of which are under the age of two) alone to roam free throughout the house for any extended period of time is dangerous, haha. I wouldn't be able to relax enough to have sex, lol.
Ditto that, and I only have two girls. Hard for me to get into any kind of sexy mood with kids banging on my door...

No we do not, but we tried one time to do it and it didn't work out, because I got a cold the first time we had it scheduled and couldn't stay awake for another minute longer if I tried. Then the second time Garrett had hurt his back at work LOL. We just need to be better about making time haha

We haven't done that yet but it's a great idea.. We have sex pretty often though. At least twice a week at the least. Usually 4 times a week.

But I will say atleast you guys still care that you're having sex. Even if its just TTC.
Also saying I hope I don't have to get to the point that I'm scheduling sex but if I do atleast I know I'm gonna get some. lol

I think scheduling it makes a lot of sense for busy couples, and is better for your relationship than not having it at all!

We have not scheduled it but I totally understand the allure of it. We have a date night once a month (on the 14th) which basically means we will have sex so I guess in a way it is scheduled
