Biggest Loser Group Check-in!
Hey ladies - I can't seem to find the old check but I was just wondering how everyone was doing :)

My current regimen is:
Monday: while watching Biggest Loser I do my AB rocket twister
Tuesday: nothing
Wednesday: Zumba
Thursday: Nothing
Friday: Zumba
Saturday: Walk the Mall (It's 2 miles long, so I'm walking 4 miles)
Sunday: Rest unless we did not walk the mall
My plan coming very soon:
Monday: AB Rocket
Tuesday: Treadmill
Wednesday: Zumba
Thursday: Treadmill
Friday: Zumba
Saturday: Walk the Mall
Sunday: rest, unless we don't walk the mall Saturday!

Well, Jillian is down to only Danni on her team! Challenges are going to be difficult for the White team!
I probably should step on a scale soon to see if anything I am doing is working!

I've been better this time with my exercising! Hope I can keep it up! I would really like to get thinner so I can get a pretty dress for the submariners ball this year!

I am glad this post was bumped. The holidays kicked my butt this year. I am having such a hard time getting back into the swing of eating right. I have all these great intentions but then as the day goes on it just kinda goes down the tube.
Me, too! I did great the first week of the new year but this second week wasn't so great. Boys' birthday party and tons of tempting leftovers. At least they're almost gone now!

Jillian used to be the one to get them to open up and tell her what is wrong! Look what she did with Francelina! She got her to open up about her alcoholic father and realize, she has to work that issue out for herself to be able to accomplish what she needs to on the ranch! I'm afraid she might drive Pam off the show!
Are you rooting for anyone in particular this season? I'm rooting for them all, right now anyway!

I think if she had lessened up on that girl and given her some support she might have stayed. Yes, you have to want to help yourself but I can kinda see why. I think Jillian does not take the time to get to know you right away - she wants to make you work for it. Which I do understand in a way but also why I love Bob! He is harsh at times but he will talk to the contestant if need be

I actually think she has softened up a lot! She used to put a harder fight for Bob Harper's team, but she is already down to two contestants only! She should not have talked the blonde into leaving when she did, she should have let her be until the weigh in so that if they still lost, she possibly would have been the one going home! She would still have the guy! But she messed up! Yeah, you can't help those who don't want or are not ready for the help, but it could have saved the one who did want to be there, and did want the help stay on!

One of the contestants was saying how if he did not lose the weight he would die and his son would not have him around! My daughter comes to me and says, "Mommy, you need to exercise and lose weight!" Pointed at my AB Rocker and said, "here is your machine, and we need to get the treadmill pulled inside!" I love her so much!
awww... so sweet and heartbreaking at the same time.
I was watching the Biggest Loser while I was on the treadmill and I was crying! Jillian Michaels scares the crap out of me this season. I don't think I would do well on her team with the way she yells and screams

I'm disappointed in myself that after working so hard to get to my goal weight, I regained about 5 lbs in Sept/Oct (that was somewhat out of my control; I had stomach issues so I was eating a lot of crackers, toast, etc., and I gain weight fast from carbs), worked very hard to lose it ... then gained 6 lbs over the holidays. :( I have lost 4 of those pounds since Jan 1 though and am hoping to lose a few more and then keep it off and work on my fitness level!

I have the exercise in check but the eating is still what is bothering me. I am eating within my range and am not really losing. I am gettting frustrated. I am so close to 50 lbs and I just want to reach that darn goal!
