My daughter seems to be growing up so fast...

Okay so I remember this a little bit with my son when he started Kindergarten but my daughter is already talking a little differently (not in a bad way) and taking on more responsibility. She just seems to be growing up right before my eyes. does anyone remember this with their child when they were a few months into Kindergarten? I am so happy for her but a little sad at the same time that she doesn't seem like my baby anymore :)

I'm in the same boat.
My daughter just started kindergarten as well and she seems so much older. We decided to let her ride the school bus and it's so cute to hear her talk about her friends and riding on the bus. This evening she got her homework out and told us we needed to sign some things for her. She just seems so much older suddenly. She's reading Goosebumps books which cracks me up because i remember being a kid and reading them and it just seems odd that she is old enough for them.
