19 kids and counting....

You are not going to believe this but today I received a postcard in the mail from the Duggars thanking me for the hair accessories! So cool!! And such a coincidence since we were just talking about this a few days ago!

Honestly, I think they are a great family with great values. They take care of each other and respect one another. They have the means to take care of the kids they have. It's better than freaking octomom, whos single and on welfare and keeps having kids. That I don't agree with. The Duggars have it together and those kids are so well behaved, its crazy. I have one daughter and she has more of an attitude than any of those kids could ever have lol. One thing I don't like though, is when Michelle almost died with the last one and continues to want to have more? That to me is selfish because she could have left her 19 children with no mother.

i don't like it, there is simply no way those kids can get the kind of attention they deserve from thier parents. but that being said i've seen only children alot worse off than these kids. plenty of people don't get the kind of parents they deserve and turn out alright.

what bothers me more than anything is the open unappologetic brainwashing of these kids. you can say they are simply raising thier children according to their beliefs but only people who KNOW there is something wrong with the way they do things try so hard to keep outside ideas from getting in.

I totally agree....love it and my kids love watching the show too.  Let us know if you see your hair bows...i would love to know.  So sorry that you didn't hear back, but with 19 kids I guess it's hard to get back to everyone.

I honestly LOVE it! I don't think I've ever missed an episode. I love that family. I even sent them hair accessories that I made once. :)

I agree here!  But also I don't like that they exploit the children by doing the show to make money!

Without getting into the politics of how many kids they have, I find the family obnoxious and I don't watch the show. 

I haven't watched it a lot but they seem like loving, caring people and better parents than many. There are plenty of people with one or two kids who spend less time with their kids than the Duggars do. I don't agree with all of their beliefs and how they do things but I don't really judge them either.
