When's the last time you had mom's night out?

When's the last time YOU had a night out with the girls? Tell us in the comments below!
I make a point to have a night out at least once every few weeks. It's important to me! I think every mom should have time to them selves. And I don't mean ONCE A YEAR, come on now. We're still humans. We're great mothers, we're loving and affectionate and sacrifice a lot to BE great mothers, and I think all of us deserve a night out. Often! I spend 2 to 4 week days at home with my daughter every week because I only work part time, and I love every second of it. BUT, she is at that frustrating age where everything has to be a certain way, she's always right, and for some reason whining seems like a good idea. So, a nice night out with other momma friends is a really great de-stressor!
A what? I've heard of these before but never participated in one...always thought that they were an urban legend of sorts.
Mom's night out? What's that? lol
My last mom's night out was about 5 yrs ago. The only reason I got it then was because my darling husband forgot my birthday. He wasn't happy that he was going to have to keep all 4 kids (2 were in diapers) with no help but once he realized what day it was-not to mention it was around 6pm when he finally remembered-he decided it would be best to just suck it up and tell me to have fun.
I had a wonderful dinner with my friends but really couldn't wait to get back home to my babies!
Its was a wonderful moment for me.. that was in march 2011.. We all came to know that I'm Expecting a baby...
My mom Prepared a Lovley cake and sweet dish for me as a surprise gift. She send it for me from someone.
After a month I went to my mom place as a surprise. We both felt vaery happy...

Hi Parents Connect
I am currently going thru a horrible divorce. I have a 11 month old son, Kobe, who is the only joy currently in my life. We reside in Calgary at my parents home.
My parents are providing the roof over our heads, complete with bubba's wonderful cooking. Also if it were not for my wonderful family paying our legal bills, Kobe and I would definitely be living on the streets, with the stars as our roof . We would be dining at the local Mustard Seed.
My husband lives in Regina and wants Kobe for 2 weeks every month at his home. I am nursing my baby and he thinks i should stop this . Also my child psychologist says that it is very detramental to have the baby away from his main caregiver for any time more than a day.
He also wants overnight access in Regina. This bickering is costing my parents a fortune. But he just won't budge. Time to go to court$$$$$$$
The only time I have a mom's night out is thanks to my parents who are willing to babysit whenever I need time with my friends who have been so supportive thru this whole disaster. They are the only ones I trust with Kobe at present.
Sorry to unload on you strangers but it helps me a lot.
Thank you for your time reading this,
Lindsay
I HAVE NEVER HAD A MOMS NIGHT OUT! LAST TIME I GOT TO GO OUT WITH THE GIRLS WAS ABOUT 4 IN 1/2 YEARS AGO! BUT, I LOVE BEING WITH MY KIDS!! WELL WHEN THEY ARE NOT BEING MEAN! LOL!
Does it count if we brought Dads too? If so, that was just last Wednesday. My beautiful 18 year old stayed behind with the little ones.
I don't get to do a girls' night out very often, but just about 2 weeks ago I went to a tapas bar with a group of friends to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was a lot of fun!
Christmas Eve. I went to a show with a friend of mine and we ended up getting back home at 10pm. We were too tired to do anything else! Especially with Christmas being the next morning. I felt like I had a curfew!
