Alot Of Fruit And Vegtables Brown Rice And Weat Pasta And Wheat Bread And Walking Too Nancy Avila
well when i was pregnant i found out i had a large fibroid, when i had my son i still looked pregnant plus i couldnt stand up straight so i went on a strict diet, grill and broil food, drank only water, fruits and veggies and i didnt the realize the weight drpped until i put on a jeans i wore before i was preg!
Weight Watchers!!! Can't say enough for that very easy program and for friends/
Walking. That helped me a lot- ocne I was up to it, I started taking the baby (babies, depending on the time) on walks and that started getting my metabolism up again. We take walks at least twice a day- one before lunch and one after nap at about 3.
Dr. Oz has great advice, exercise and take as much sugar as possible from your diet.
Weight Watchers is what I am doing now and I have lost 40 lbs... I need to lose more but I can not seem to find my motivation
Nursing is the best way to double dip. You Help baby withtheir immune system while you loose all the lbs from pregnancy. In my case 35 lbs each time (3 babies). I am the exact same weight as when I started with my first over 8 years ago. I am 40 too so age had nothing to do with it. I look and feel great. I also love healthy eating and working out. But Nursing is great secret!
I didn't gain that much with my first two pregnancies and so far I haven't gain really anything with this one either. We live a healthy lifestyle so I just continued working out and eating right while pregnant and after pregnancy and I was back down to pre-pregnancy weight almost immediately afterwards. I'm not one of those pregnant woman who uses my pregnancy as an excuse to stop exercising and gorge out on cakes and biscuits so I was quite lucky with weight. Fingers crossed I'm lucky again this time.
I did not gain that much weight while expecting. I walked most of the weight off, ate healthy, and just gave my self time. It took 9 months to gain the weight, so I gave my self that much time to take off the weight.
For me it took a mix of things. Starting about 4 months postpartum, I did Weight Watcher and the 30 Day Shred. I got within 7 lbs of pre-pregnancy weight but then stalled out and it took a loooong time to lose the rest. I think my body got resistant to dieting after a while. Recently I did the Dukan Diet (plus continuing to exercise) and finally made it all the way to pre-pregnancy weight!
