My Child Going Too Bed At 9.30 pm She Is (9Yrs Old So We Let Her Stay Up Tell 9.30 pm Thanks Nancy Avila
I have twin girls (6yrs old). They are in bed by 8pm every nite. They are back in school
now. 1st grade!
They would be little night owls lol if we let them but no they go to bed between 7-8pm unless we are busy and dinner was running late then depending on how late it might be between 8-9:30pm
830 at later she has a bad attitude the next day. There are days we stay out late but the next day I plan nothing, it just sets her up for trouble if I do
i would love to get him in bed at 930 the latest, well i guess i do, but we fight until 11-12. I fight until about 10:30 then the father takes over because i usually pass out on the couch. He's a night owl, im the early bird
Hi,
I think it's very important for children to go to bed early, so that they feel fresh in the morning and can go to school without being fussy about it. Generally, both my children go off to sleep by 9:00 PM and i wake them up by 6:00 AM. I think it's a good idea that children go off to bed early and get up early. This way they can remain physically and mentally fit.
Today's not a good example since they stayed up until 10:30 PM. Normally they go to bed around 8 - 9 PM. Sometimes much earlier, sometimes a little later.
I'm okay with them going to bed whenever they feel tired. :)
Dinner around seven.bath after dinner. quiet time ( books , shows , or preschool review ) at 8 bed at 9-930.... At least on a perfect day
lol.. she tries to stay up till about 10 or later , unless i lay with her and if i do i useually fall asleep.
During the school year my kids go to be about 7:45. Now that it is summer they go to bed about 8 or 8:30.
We try to put our 4yr old down around 9pm we are lucky if she is asleep by 10pm. She wakes up around 7am and does not stop moving we are always playing doing stuff she doesn't take naps haven't since she was 6months old. Once she learned to crawl she never stoped moving. We try to tire her out but she is one of those people who fight sleep afraid she will miss something. Hope when she starts school it will help tire her out more but she is like her mom and when I was a kid school could even tire me out.
I guess I'm still a tad old fashion; my children when young and my grandchildren now go to bed by 7:30 p.m. I am an early bird and I prefer children to be up during the earlier hours of the day than to be up late hours at night. I put them down for a nap at 1:00 p.m. as they wake between 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
My 5 and 9 year olds don't go to bed in the summer until 1:30-2am. We are all night owls but this summer is crazy because my 9 year old performs until 10:30pm and is so hyped up after a show she can't sleep. When school starts they'll be in bed by 9pm.
