How to Spice Up Your Love Life With Touching

I'm too stressed out to enjoy sex with my partner. He's trying to be supportive, but I know it's ruining our relationship. What should I do?

If you feel like your relationship is in the doldrums and you want to learn how to spice up your love life, start by touching your man! Too many of us women live inside of our heads and are disconnected from our bodies (hey, we've got a lot on our minds!). And not surprisingly, super-busy, stressed-out women (a.k.a., moms) are also usually touch deprived. And that's not a good thing because touch is an important part of a healthy relationship.

To spice up your love life, try touching your guy non-sexually for one minute a day! That could mean a back rub, holding hands or snuggling on the sofa. If you're worried that every time you caress your man he's going to try to do the deed, have a discussion with him. Explain that sometimes you just want to do some light (or heavy) petting and don't want to go all the way. You don't want to worry about being pressured into getting down every time you stroke his arm.

Once you get all touchy-feely with your man again, you'll probably find that your relationship will improve and you'll want to take things to the next level. Hubba, hubba!
