I Need to Learn to Cook!

OK, I am new to this site so I'm still learning how things work lol. So I need help: I have a son who is almost 2 and I am a horrible cook. I have no imagination when it comes to dinner plans! I cannot create a meal that goes together. I feel bad because I often feel like I just take the "easy" way out when cooking dinner.
The worst part is my son will eat anything you put in front of him! I am so blessed with that and not a lot of parents of 2-year-olds can say that! I have looked on websites for recipes and for a beginner they are all so complex! So any ideas, advice, or recipes would be wonderful!
