Pumpkin Pie Cooking Tip

Did your pumpkin pie come out of the oven looking not-so-hot? Cover up those cracks with a "streusel" topping made from crushed ginger snaps and pecans. Toast the newly topped pie under the broiler for a minute and voilà! Your family will wonder if you went to Le Cordon Bleu behind their backs. (You know, with all of that free time you have.)
