Even if you were a total workout queen pre-baby, once you're a mom, you're wondering who has time for all THAT. The truth is, you need to make the time. Working out seven days a week, 12 months a year is not only unrealistic, it's unnecessary. Your body needs time to repair itself between workouts, and moms especially need to find a happy medium between being busy and being healthy. Exercise doesn't have to be painful, time-consuming or grueling either. It only has to be part of a regular routine—say, three times a week. Here are some simple ways to get your body moving.
