Exercise is not what I think of even attempting if I ever manage to have some spare time. So, by accident, I found a way to tighten my rear while I am doing my regular routine! I placed a "baby gate" up between my kitchen and my dining room. This is where I walk the most. It keeps my kids out from under my feet when I cook or wash dishes and, apparently, has toned my backside! It's funny what things are discovered out of necessity! Lol!
