Herbal Stress Relief

Feeling stressed? Try sniffing basil essential oil. The spicy-sweet smell fights mental exhaustion, which can cause stress. Throw a bottle in your purse. Dab some on your mouse pad. Burn some in an aromatherapy oil burner. We recommend whatever works—except wearing it as an eau de toilette. There's nothing pretty about smelling like pesto all day long.
