Eat More Veggies

You're pretty meticulous about giving your kid balanced meals. For yourself, you grab a cookie and call it lunch. Vow to give your own dietary intake the same consideration that you give your kid's. Every time she gets a helping of broccoli, take a few spears yourself. And in the interest of fairness, a cookie for you means a cookie for her, too!
