Deciding On a Second Child

I have a beautiful 2-year-old daughter and we are a happy family the way things are. I was an only child and always wanted a sibling. I want to give one to my daughter, but I am always tired (pushing 40) and am not sure I could do well with two. I am also concerned with the current state of the economy in our country, as well as the high incidence of autism. I always thought I would welcome any child, but in my current state, a special-needs child would push me over the edge. ...
