Twins and C-Section

I'm expecting twins. Will I need a C section?

The type of delivery will depend on a lot of factors, such as how far along the babies are at delivery and their positions in the uterus. Forty percent will have both babies with their heads down, and this is certainly OK for a vaginal delivery. Other ways for the babies to present (breech) may be delivered by C-section. Discuss this situation with your obstetrician.
