... getting that your questions are getting "thrown back". This site is for all aspects of parenting, from the idea of having babies and naming them, trying to conceive, getting pregnant, giving birth, nursing, raising your kids from babies to adults. We're here to talk about anything and everything, important or frivolous. I wish I'd had an objective third party's opinion when I was disagreeing with my husband about baby names. Perhaps we would have settled on something sooner than the day she left the hospital. It was hard to enjoy the first few days when someone was constantly knocking on the door wanting to complete the birth certificate. If you've got a concern about pregnancy, ask it. I've been through a lot during both of my pregnancies and could probably help. If I haven't been through it, I could probably still get you an answer. In the meantime, I think you owe everyone here that enjoys baby names an apology. Rudeness isn't a good quality to teach your children.

For some women, the symptoms seem to get better when they get into their second trimester and their bodies start to adjust to the changes and the hormones. I always found that ginger ale helped and eat crackers. But you never want to not eat. That is what will make you sick. So try to eat small frequent meals. I hope that helps! Good luck!

... but I still find that Im not eating as much as I did, although Im 25 weeks now and still waiting for the "pregnancy appetite". The first 12-13 weeks are the most difficult. My advice is find something healthy that you can stand to eat (even in very small amounts) and just make sure youre eating the best you can! It'll only get better.

... For me it started at about week 7 and went to about week 13 or 14. No actual vomiting, just a horrible yucky feeling that lasted all day every day. I drank ginger ale a lot to help calm my nausea, and it seemed to help a little. I was completely exhausted during all that, too. Maybe because I had two other kids to deal with! Anyway, with my second trimester it got better. I think time is about the only thing that really helps, unfortunately. Hopefully you're just two or three weeks from feeling a lot better!

whole lot of negative reactions to my pregnancy, growing up in a small town didnt help either.....Despite all of that I'm 21 now and have a beautiful intelligent 4 year old daughter. My family has been great and my husband is my world, our whole life has changed because of her, there have been some tough times in the past but........here we are....in our own home, working great jobs, our daughter is in school right now....and we couldnt be happier!!.............if you ever just want to talk or want some advice on what to expect along the way, I would def. like to chat!! found i was pregnant at 1st he was really supportive and excited then something happened he started cheating on me and partying like crazy he got kicked out of his house and quit going to school...then i left him && he got super depressed cleaned up && was able to move back in with his mom && everything was perfect again but now he clicked hes partying i went to his house && there was this girl there with him..me and this girl got into this fight come on 6 months pregnant, high heels on haha and a skirt and she still ran from me i know a little inmature.. but now he will answer my calls but he will be so mean i hate you quit calling blah blah blah.. so last night was his senior prom we WERE planning on going with eachother...no he takes MY money and takes a diff. girl so now its 4/20 and hes off somewhere getting high prob. idk?
