I'm Pregnant and Don't Want My Partner Around!

I'm only 2 months pregnant, and I've just been feeling that I really don't want my boyfriend around.
I really do love him, but I always feel like I can't be bothered to have to see him & always feel like it's my baby and shouldn't have anything to do with him, even though it is his too.
Is there something wrong with me?
