Hello ladies, so this is my very first child I'm kinda of scared when it comes to going into labor. I am 18 weeks pregnant as of today. Last week I found out that I'm having a baby boy. :) any advice for me?

Hi Ladies! My due dat is Feb 6th. we have our ultrasound appointment on Tuesday! i cant wait to find out if its a little boy or girl! i just hope the baby cooperates. A few of my friends had to reschedule because they couldn't get a good view.  I have heard to drink some Orange Juice or a Can of Soda with caffine before the appointment. Anyone else know of any little tricks?

I am 11 wks pregnant with my 3rd child, my due date is Feb 3rd! I am having difficulty with feeling nauseous all the time, although I don't actually get sick much. It has been hard for me to eat much because the smell of  food makes me sick, even if I am starving! I am also very tired all the time. Hopefully this will go away after the first trimester. Even though I am not liking these symptoms much, I couldn't be happier to be pregnant again! I can't wait until we can find out what we are having. I have two boys ages 9 & 5, so I hope this one is a girl, but we will be happy either way, as long as we have a healthy baby :)

hey! I have pretty much the same symptoms as you. Even this morning getting ready for work i thought my head was going to explode and i went to a wedding over the weekend and woke up the next day and told my friends a had a sympathy hangover for them cause i felt awful and my head was pounding.  But i am noticing the nausea is not as bad as it was a few weeks ago. Of course i get worried with everything so i always thinkg something is wrong but i was reading that towards the end of the first trimester you can start to feel better. Im still tired but not as tired as i was before.  and TMI i was freaking out yesterday cause after we had sex there was some blood but it was just a little. he didn't seemed concerned cause he said it wasn't that much and when i went for my first apointment at 8 weeks the midwife had said that a little blood would be normal but if it got heavy or any cramping then to give her a call. I have my 12 week on July 24 to hear the heartbeat so im looking forward to that to hear that everything is still ok. I wish i didn't worry so much but i have a feeling ill be like this the entire time.  Hope your appointment goes well and you can relax a little.  :)

Hi ladies! Congrats to all the new mommas! I hope everyone is doing well! :) A little update with me.... headaches are attacking me all the time! I wake up with headaches. I refused to take tylenol because it made me feel like a failure until my MIL told me the headaches were raising my blood pressure which of course wasn't good for the baby. So I broke down and took one and felt better. I have seemed to have headaches everyday that pretty much last all day for almost two weeks! My nausea is a lot better. It is nothing to what it was but I still feel like crap. TMI! On tuesday I woke up and my discharge was not as much as it had been since I found out and my breasts are not as sore as they were. I'm kind of scared I'm miscarrying because my symptoms are not as intense as they used to be. My nausea was only for 2 weeks or so and now my breasts aren't really sore at all and my discharge is not as much. One of the symptoms I read about was increase of discharge in the third month and mine went down. I go Tuesday and I am so scared there going to tell me there is no heartbeat. The only thing the is the same with me is I am hungry every hour to 2 hours. Ugh! I hope everything is okay!

Smells causing sickness, and being tired are symptoms of pregnancy!  Although I do understand your worry!  I was sooo worried that I wasn't pregnant and that it was just my mind playing tricks, even though my SIL and MIL looked at the pregnancy sticks and confirmed they were positive, nobody would believe I was pregnant until I got it confirmed by the doctor too! 

It sounds like you're pregnant to me. =] I found out at 6 weeks on the dot and just started getting symptoms recently. Symptoms effect everyone differently, but it sounds like you're experiencing a few already...? My mom said she could barely even tell she was pregnant with my sister, no symptoms and barely any weight gain, but with me, she had morning sickness and sore boobs, the whole 9 yards. So I guess it just varies, hang in there for your Dr.'s appointment! Keep us posted!

Hi Girls.. I wanted to send you all a note because I am confused! I believe I am 5.5 Weeks pregnant, I took 3 HPTs last week and they all came back positive, and I missed my period. My doctor can not see me until July 19th to confirm the pregnancy but the receptionist said on the phone that with 3 positive HPTs, I am pregnant. I just have this uneasy feeling because I have had no sympoms at all. This is our first pregnancy and we tried for 11 months to get pregnant. I feel alittle alone bc my doctor can not see me for 2 more weeks and I haven't told any friends or family. I am just unsure of what symptoms I should be experiencing right now. Last week every little smell threw me off and I was close to sickness.. and I have been extremely tired. Hitting the couch/bed as soon as I get home from work. Any advice would be great. Thanks so much. Seeing you ladies are all a month ahead of me.. I was wondering if there was any advice. Thanks. :)

Urgh, yeah, I know. I don't believe mine is dating anyone else yet, but he's been avoiding me like the plague since he found out I was pregnant, which is REALLY annoying because I need to talk to him about this! =/ I honestly don't care about my relationship with him anymore, baby takes first place over him, but I just wish that our LO would have a father figure, because I never really did. Oh really? That blows. >:( Do you get sick pay? Oh, lol. Do you have one scheduled yet? Any names picked out so far? Are you hoping for a boy or a girl? P.S.- How old are you? ;p
