Is my baby ok????

OK so I am a high risk pregnancy and I had an ultrasound at 9 weeks. they told me that my baby had a rather large measurement on the back of his neck that could mean he had some sort of deformity. So they did a test to check all his chromosomes and told us that he was just fine. They had me come back for more ultrasounds just to keep track of his growth and thus far he has been just perfect.
Well I am 29 weeks along now and today we had another ultrasound ( which was suppose to be the last one) and the dr. said that he is a little small for as far along as I am he is 2lbs and 9 oz and she said he should be around 3 lbs. so now I have to go back in 3 weeks for another ultrasound to make sure his growth gets on track. my dr. said that I should not worry about it and that he is probably fine.
Should I be worried?
