Get a Safe Flu Shot While Pregnant

If your pregnancy overlaps with flu season, ask your doctor if you should get a flu shot. To be extra safe, you can request a dose that is thimerosal-free. Many pregnant women swear that getting a flu shot was the best decision they ever made. (OK, maybe second to getting pregnant in the first place, but you get the idea.)
