Stay Cool when Pregnant

It's hot out, which means that your pregnant body revolts if you go anywhere without air conditioning. If you're headed to the beach (or just walking the short distance from your house to your car), pack a spray bottle filled with ice water. A few spritzes from your portable air conditioner will keep you cool and glowing, like a pregnant woman, instead of hot and sweating, like a pig.
