Eat Healthier During Pregnancy

That stack of takeout menus in your junk drawer is a dead giveaway of your fondness for Kung Pao chicken. But there's no reason to put on all of your pregnancy weight in one meal. Instead of deep-fried Chinese food, stick with vegetable, chicken or shrimp stir-fry. That way, your belly will be more baby than egg roll.
