Eating Smaller Meals During Pregnancy
Is it better to eat three big meals a day or several small meals while pregnant?
Most women find it easier to eat several small meals, equally spaced apart during pregnancy. Nausea, pressure on the digestive tract from the growing baby and fluctuations in blood sugar levels can often make three large meals a day impractical during pregnancy.
