In case you don't have enough health and nutrition issues to worry about while pregnant, here's one more: It's common to become anemic while you grow a new life. Pumping up your iron intake with iron-rich foods is a no-brainer, but you can also boost your levels by using cast-iron cookware. It might not make eggs any more appetizing, but it'll make them better for you.
