Do dairy products really help with weight loss?

There are mixed results on whether dairy helps with weight loss. Some studies have shown that dieters on low-calorie diets lost more weight and fat if they consumed three servings of dairy per day, but other studies have not supported these findings.

While more research is needed in this area for a definite answer, it is important that children have two to three servings of dairy a day for calcium and vitamin D.
