Thirst and Pregnancy

You're not just eating for two, as they say, but you're drinking for two, too! Your body needs extra fluids during pregnancy, so it's no surprise that you're so thirsty all the time. In fact, you should plan to drink at least eight glasses a day of water or other decaffeinated beverages to keep up with your body's increased need for fluid.
