You know that little green sprig of parsley that decorates your plate at restaurants? Instead of promptly removing it, tear it up and sprinkle it on your pasta. Some pregnant mamas swear that it can decrease the pain and irritation of varicose veins. It's worth a shot, right? At the very least, it'll freshen your breath after you down an entire loaf of garlic bread with your dinner.
