should siblings be allowed in the delivery room?

ok i have not made a decision either way i want opinions on this i have a 4y 10 month old little boy by the time this baby is born Evan will be 5 1/2 i dont want to exclude him from this wonderfull experiance but i dont know if it will be too traumatic for him, to see me in pain and to see the miracle of birth ( wich we all know is a bit gross). I have not even spoken to my husband about it i kind of want to have pros and con because i know he wont want Evan in there.
