Leg Lift Postpartum Exercise
Bust out the legwarmers for some 80's-inspired aerobics.

Make these thigh-toning leg lifts more authentic by rocking your best Olivia Newton-John hair and singing "Let's Get Physical."
- You
- Your kid
- Somewhere to lay down
Lay on your side, resting on your arm with your kid in front of you.
Tighten your abs as you slowly lift your top leg.
Lower your leg slowly back down and repeat.
Don't forget the other leg!
Reapply any hairspray and blue eye shadow you sweated off during your reps.
- Do 20 on each leg three times per week, adding five more each week.
