Leg Lift Postpartum Exercise
Bust out the legwarmers for some 80's-inspired aerobics.
- Your kid
- Somewhere to lay down
- Lay on your side, resting on your arm with your kid in front of you.
- Tighten your abs as you slowly lift your top leg.
- Lower your leg slowly back down and repeat.
- Don't forget the other leg!
- Reapply any hairspray and blue eye shadow you sweated off during your reps.
- Do 20 on each leg three times per week, adding five more each week.
