Postpartum Ab Exercise for New Moms

Fearing your first post-baby bikini season? Take back your abs! Lie on your back and prop baby up on your legs facing you, then bring your head up to give her a kiss. Do 10 times (or as many as you can!), three times a day for a few weeks, and then hit the pool. Sure, you'll still have some lingering pregnancy flab, but everyone will be so busy gushing over how adorable the baby is that they won't even notice.
