We know you're giving your new baby lots of pecks these days, but have you given much thought to your pecs ... as in pectoral muscles? How about your triceps or biceps? We thought so. Thankfully, toning up your arms and chest can be done while you play with your baby. You can even use that little Butterball as your barbell, and in between sets give her all the pecks you like!
