I am 26 weeks today and have noticed for the past few days that my breasts get sore, feel like they are filling and then they start leaking. I have two children already but never experienced filling and leaking until after my children were born. The liquid is still clear, a little cloudy. Does it mean anything when you start leaking at this time?

It didn't happen to me but I have also heard that it's normal.

I think it's prefectly normal and I'd also say you probably leak earlier with each pregnancy.

Mine leaked right from 16 weeks on. I am now 22 weeks along and this is only my first. I think it just depends on the pregnancy. My doctor said it is perfectly normal!

It just means your jubblies are gearing up to feed your baby. Nothing to worry about. I'm almost 22 weeks and I can express some of the same type of fluid from both breasts. Happened with my third baby as well, but not with my first or second. This time it's happening earlier, though. If it's getting to be too much, start wearing nursing pads (I recommend cloth...much more comfy!).
