You are probably just less than 5 weeks along. I'm sure everything is okay. The rate for miscarriage in the first time pregnancy is very high and very common but it's when you have more like 2 or 3 miscarriages that you should start to worry a whole lot. I know easier said than done but it was probably just a first time thing. My mom had a missed miscarriage with her first pregnancy and if she didn't I never would have been born. It hurt her alot to go through it but in the end she was happy it happened because she got me out of it and she aid she wouldn't change it for anything. I am sure everything will work out just the way it is supposed to for you. Try to hang in there I am sending positive thoughts and prayers your way, try not to stress as that is very very bad for the baby especially this early on! Think Positive the mind is very powerful!

I had mild cramping at the beginning, then again around 11 weeks got it for a while I was told it was the muscles stretching and growing. How far along are you? I would mention it to the doc just to be safe.

Have you spoken with your OB? Maybe they can see you sooner because of your history. I did have some cramping periodically thoughout my pregnancy but if it is anything prolonged or really painful I would call your doctor
Good luck!
