I called L&D, they told me they can't give advice over the phone...
let me start with, im having Severe stomach cramps like period cramps. They are constant and ive had them for about 3 hours now, and just keep getting worse. but when i lay down or sit down they calm down a bit, the pain doesnt go away, but its not as intense. and every 15 mintues or so my stomach will tighten for a couple mintues and then go back to normal. i was thinking they might just be braxton hicks since im on 31 weeks along. My little girl also isnt moving as much as usual, a total of 6 times today. and usually shes a non stop gymnastic.  and strangly enough i have a ton of energy right now, for the past week ive just been laying around but today, ive been cleaning all day and even though i feel like crap i'm trying to "clean through the pain" let me add that my stomach has already dropped and i've lost my mucus plug over a week ago. i just dont know what to think, and since the hospital is over an hour away i dont want to show up, to get sent home as soon as i get there for over reacing. Someone please give me advice.

I absolutely would go to the hospital. 31 weeks isn't anything to screw around with and if your daughter has slowed down significantly that's an even bigger reason to go. The worst they'll do is tell you to take some tylenol and send you home, but if it's preterm labour or anything like that, they can do something for you to help keep her in there longer. Good luck, but I would DEFINITELY go just in case :) Also, I would take a break and rest, the activity isn't going to help in any case.
