So, Ive posted here before and got some AWESOME feedback.


 


We like simple names, traditional spellings and nothing too popular or trendy.


 


We have one ds, Carson Thomas Michael Bartlett. We love his name! Carson is strong, simple, and a bit country. Thomas and Michael are his grandfathers names.


 


We are expecting baby #2 and have narrowed it down, but need some suggestions!


 


Boy: (Middle names will be David John or John David)


Spencer (our current favourite)


Quinn/Finn


 


Girl: (Middle names will be her grandmothers Catherine Jean or Jean Catherine)


Brynn


Bronwen


Quinn


Calista


Tessa


Catherine/Kate


 


Anyone have any reaction to any of these?

I love your first son's name!

 

Spencer John David is nice. I'm wondering what you might think of Finley David John/John David or Finnegan John David/David John (The order of the middle name in the slashes is the order in which I prefer them).

 

For girls: I really only like Brynn! Brynn Catherine Jean is pretty! I would avoid Catherine as a first name because it is so common!

 

So my picks are Finley David John and Brynn Catherine Jean, very cute!!

First I have to say that I LOVE your son's name. My husband and I also plan On naming our son Carson Michael (Michael after my father in law)! So for the boy's name I definately lean toward Spencer John David. And I think that those middle names in that order flow best. For your girl names list, It's between Brynn and Tessa. Bronwen and Quinn are to masculine for me and I despise Calista. Also I think Catherine Jean would be the correct order for the middle names. The other way sounds so off. Hope this helps!

I really like Spencer John David from your list of boys! It's so handsome and flows so well. From your girls list I love Tessa Catherine Jean/ Jean Catherine. I really love all of those names to be quite honest. It's like looking at my own list! I've considered using Bronwen and Brynn as well. GL and congrats on baby #2!

Congratulations on number two!

 

I lovelovelove the name Spencer (one of my favorites!) and I think Spencer John David is such a handsome combo.  I think Spencer David John is nice, but I like the flow and look of John David more.  :)

 

As for your girls' names, I like Tessa best.  I want to like Calista but I have a bad experience for one so I don't really love it anymore.  :/  Calista Jean Catherine is pretty, though.  My vote ultimately goes to Tessa Catherine Jean!  So cute.  I love both Spencer and Tessa with Carson, too.

I like Spencer quite a bit and I think it goes really well with Carson! Brady was my first thought when I saw your post title; not sure if that's your style. I think Spencer Quinn would be a good combo.

I LOVE Calista, too! Very pretty! I like Tessa and Bronwen, too. Maybe Calista Brynn? Or Tessa Catherine?

For your boys names, I don't really like Quinn or Spencer.  Finn is very handsome, but I don't think it flows well with the John David or David John...it is a little bit too choppy imo

 

For your girls names, my favorite is Calista...it is stunning! I don't like the unisex Quinn, Tessa has always been too nicknamey for me, Brynn is alright, Catherine is very pretty but what would you use as a second mn? Bronwen is too masculine imo
