Sutton - Not a fan. If anything it feels like a boys name, but even then it's too last-namey for my taste.
Addison (nickname Addy) - Ok, but fairly common these days. I prefer Adeline or Adelie as less common ways to get the nn Addy.
Madeline (Maddie) - Love! Are you pron it mad-uh-LINE or mad-uh-LYN? If it's "lyn", then I would spell it Madeleine, if it's "line" then Madeline. Either way, I think it's a stunning name. I have Madeleine as a potential mn, b/c I don't like it being shortened to Maddie (so common now)
Natalie (nickname Tallie) - good, sweet, normal name, but it doesn't really interest me.
Violet- very pretty. One of my fave flower names.
Sophie- this is my sister's name and I have always loved it. It's getting very popular now, but it's still gorgeous!
Liliana- I find this to be a bit frilly and OTT. If you use it then it needs to be with a really simply mn, like Liliana Mae. I prefer just Lily.
Chloe- Cute. But not sure it ages very well
Zoe- Love it. Very pretty with a spunky edge.
Michaela- Not a fan. It's ok though.
Harper- I like it, but it's a bit trendy so I think it will go out of style in a few years.
Lila (lie-luh)- LOVE! One of my faves. This is the best spelling too.
Kaylee- Not a fan of many K names, and this is not an exception.
Suri- Aside from the Tom and Katie thing, I still don't like it. It's like a weird asian/hippy blend.
Hope- Love! The meaning is wonderful and it's gorgeous and simple.
Gemma- I like this. Picture it on an athletic, tom-boy sorta girl.
Molly- cute. But it means "bitter" so I would never use it.
I would narrow your list down to:
Madeleine/Madeline
Violet
Sophie
Zoe
Lila
Hope
Gemma
HTH Luv Sar xoxo

Sutton: Not a fan, I had not heard it until I got on this board and it seems a lot of women like it on here. To me it sounds like a boys name. It doesn't seem to have a lot of feminine quality to it.
Addison (nickname Addy): I have a nephew named Addison (I know I feel bad for him) but it is a boys name. I have a hard time with names that mean the son of so and so on girls, no matter how cute they are. This name means son of Adam. If that doesn't bother you, then use it. It is a cute name and better suited for a girl I think.
Madeline (Maddie): I am nutrual on this one. I just know a TON of Maddie's so I am not a huge fan.
Natalie (nickname Tallie): A little dated, but the nn Tallie makes it more hip in my opinion.
Violet: LOVE this one
Sophie: I Love this one too, I hate how popular it has become. :(
Liliana: Very pretty.
Chloe: Not a big fan.
Zoe: I almost used this name for one of my girls, but I just couldn't call her this after she was born. So, I like it, but there is just something about it that makes me hesitant...I just don't know what!
Michaela: I love this, although it is very popular around here. My oldest daughter is Mikaela, that is why I love it despite the popularity! :)
Harper: Very cute! I knew an old man named Harper so this name makes me smile!
Lila (lie-luh): I like this okay.
Kaylee: Cute, but I know a ton of Kaylee's.
Suri: Not a fan at all. Could have been pretty if it hadn't been used by the Cruise's.
Hope: I love this name too. Something about it, and I am not usually a fan of word names. This is the exception.
Gemma: Not a fan.
Molly: Cute, on the right girl. Does that makes sense?
I feel your pain on choosing girl names. I have 4 girls and it has been agony with each one. Finding one that both myself and my dh like! He is one picky guy!!!!

Sutton - I don't hate it but I'm not loving it either. Depending on what your last name is and with the right middle name I think it could work.
Addison - I used to love this name but I'm just tired of it now. It always makes me think of Addison Montgomery from Private Practice and I don't like her as a character.
Madeline - Best name on your list so far but I still don't love it.
Natalie - One of my favorite girl names. But it can be made or broken by the middle and last names it's paired with.
Violet - I'm a little over this name but it still has potential.
Sophie - I prefer Sophia and using Sophie as a nn but it'a hard to go wrong with a classic like this.
Liliana - Great name with a bad rep. Everyone I've known named any variation Lily has been a total b****.
Chloe - Another good classic name. Just promise me you won't spell it Khloe!
Zoe - Another name I used to love but now hate.
Michaela - Great name. Makes me think of Megan Fox's character from Transformers but if you don't mind that connection then go for it.
Harper - One of my top 5 favorite girl names. Absolutely love it.
Lila - Love it. Classic but not TOO popular.
Kaylee - Same problem as Liliana. Every Kaylee/Kaili/Kayleigh I've known has been really two-faced.
Suri - Hate it. Just makes me think of Suri Cruise.
Hope - Don't like it as a first name. Good as a middle though.
Gemma - For some reason the first thing that comes to mind when I hear this name is a middle-aged woman with 17 cats.
Molly - Love it.

Sutton: Sutton Foster is a Broadway superstar- she makes me like this name!
Addison: Overused, but I LOVE Addie
Madeline: Overused to death, but cute
Natalie: I don't love the n/n Tallie, but this is such a nice name.
Violet: LOVE
Sophie: Overused, but LOVE
Liliana: Love it - could be Lily or Ana
Chloe: This always feels like "trying too hard" to me. I don't know why. Not a bad name.
Zoe: Cute
Michaela: So common these days
Harper: I just think "Harpy"
Lila: LOVE
Kaylee: This is so different from your other names. It's such a nickname, and not very classy. "Paging Dr. Kaylee Smith..." Yeah, I don't see it.
Suri: Owned by the Cruise family
Hope: Fine name
Gemma: Feels very 80's, but it is cute
Molly: Adorable.

Love:
Sutton (Major GP for me, would never actually use it on a girl)
Lila (Beautiful, prefer the Lilah spelling though)
Molly (Sweet and simple, and not overly popular)
Like:
Madeline (Prefer Madeleine, but still beautiful)
Violet (Beautiful but I dislike how quickly it's risen in popularity)
Sophie (Cute but alongside Sophia/Sofia it's pretty popular)
Liliana (Lovely but -ana names are very trendy)
Michaela (Love that you have the original spelling but there's too many alternatives)
Harper (Trendy, but I can see the appeal on a boy or girl)
Dislike:
Addison (I much prefer for a boy, it's unknown in the UK)
Natalie (I find it dated)
Chloe (Babyish, don't understand it's popularity)
Zoe (Won't age very well)
Kaylee (Baby-ish, too many crazy spellings)
Suri (Too TomKat - celebrity-eque aname)
Hope (I've never seen the appeal)
Gemma (Dated)

Sutton - Can't see it on a girl at all, I've only heard it for boys, and even then, I don't like it a whole lot. Too harsh. It's also definitely a surname to me.
Addison - I like it so much better for a boy. :( But a lot of people are using it for girls these days...
Madeline - LOVE!!! One of my top names, I adore it. NN Maddie works well, too. <3
Natalie (nickname Tallie) - As I said in your other topic, I like Nattie a lot more than Tallie... Natalie has always been a "trendy" name in my mind, even though it's really not these days. It was common among the kids I knew growing up. So I'm not too much of a fan. I rather like Natalia, though...
Violet -Not my favorite, but I do rather like it, it's very charming.
Sophie - So popular, and I can't see it aging very well. It sounds good for a child or a grandmother, but not a young woman.... I like Sophia a little better, but not a favorite...
Liliana - I honestly prefer just Lily/Lilly. Still, it's pretty, and Lily can be a great nn.
Chloe - Not really my style, like Natalie, I've always considered it an older "trendy" name...
Zoe - Very cute, I really like it. Personally prefer the spelling Zoey, but I have no problem with Zoe.
Michaela - Same problem as with Natalie and Chloe. And, I know this is sort of the traditional spelling, but I've never liked it. I sort of instinctively say it Mih-chay-la instead of Mih-kay-la.... There's alos the problem that, it's spelt so many ways already, even wth the typical spelling, people will misspell it...
Harper - Never liked it much...
Lila (lie-luh) - Again, I prefer Lily/Lilly, but I do really like Lila, and I love this spelling over Lilah.
Kaylee - Very popular, and like Michaela, so many spellings... Not really much of a fan. I have a friend named Cayley, and it fits her really well, but I think on a lot of girls, it would seem to cutesy...
Suri - Only ever heard it on Tom Cruise's daughter. Not really my style, it's cute, but I can't see it aging well.
Hope - Eh, I like it as a middle name...
Gemma - Uck, no. Not my style at all. And I can say from experience (a girl i knew in high school) that people never pronounce it right.... I personally think the name's a little tacky....
Molly - Very cute, but I don't see it aging very well...
Hope that helps!!

Sutton - I think it's intriguing, and I do like it as a name, but it doesn't sound very girly to me, sorry. Probably because I know this big, burly maintenance man whose ln is Sutton, haha.
Addison - I really like Addy, and I think Addison is cute, but I much prefer Adelaide nn Addy, personally. :)
Madeline - Maddie is cute, but I much prefer the original French Madeleine (mad-eh-len), and the nn Leni. Maddie is really popular right now... I don't know if you really know, but I figured the info might be of use to you. :)
Natalie - lovelovelove! My sister is Natalie nn Tallie and I think it's perfect. Love it. I really like Ava Natalie as a combo, too, actually...
Violet - love! Violet is definitely my favorite of your options. It's one of my favorite girls' names ever, I think it's lovely.
Sophie - with Sophia being last year's most popular name, there are bound to be Sophias and Sophies everywhere, but I still love it. :)
Liliana - love! Another name on my short list. I just barely prefer Violet to it. Still, it's lovely, and I adore Lily. :)
Chloe/Zoe - sweet, and I like it, but I prefer Zoe, personally. :) I love Zoe's meaning "life".
Michaela - pretty, and I love that you spelled it the traditional way! I don't love it, though. Probably because I've heard it so much.
Harper - this is one of the fastest climbing girls' names ever. It's still barely out of the top 100, but it's headed straight for the top 10, I'm afraid. Still, I love it, but if you want to avoid trendy, this is one I would stear clear of!
Lila - love! I like Liliana more though.
Kaylee - very cutesy and I can't imagine it aging well at all! Sorry. Kaylee is one trendy name I don't understand. What about Michaela nn Kaylee?
Suri - very cute, but it'll be forever attached to Suri Cruise, I'm afraid.
Hope - very sweet, but I prefer Nadia (which means "hope") to Hope itself.
Gemma - love! It'd be in my top 3 for you, along with Violet and Liliana. :)
Molly - very cute, but a bit too cutesy for me. I think Mary or Amalia, nn Molly, are both really cute options.
Good luck!
