I think you can use the Madelyn pronunciation with the Madeline spelling. Great name and I agree it works really well with your other girls' names!

Madeline Grace has been on our list FOREVER and was almost DD2 and DD3's name before we decided on something else. I prefer the Madeline spelling but the Madelyn pronunciation so that's kinda why we ditched it. I still like it though.

Grace Madeline/Madeline Grace  this was my first thought either combo is gorgeous!

Oh, I agree.  :(  Kate Watts doesn't sound the best to me.  That, and the fact that Emma's MN could get the nn Kate...  it just doesn't sound right to me.  And any form to get the nn Kate is too close to Catherine, I think--like Katia, Katerina, Katrina, Caitlin, etc...

I also like Leah but feel it's too close to Allie and Lucy plus there is no middle name that seems to work.

I do like Sarah but I don't know....just feels kinda blah to me right now. Of the names I listed, the only one I really like is Chloe but DH doesn't like it. Mia is a good friend's daughter's name and the rest I just don't like.

I feel like the only girl name I like anymore is Kate and Kate Watts just doesn't feel right to me. :(

Love that! Claire is one of my favorite girl names. :)(And I'm like you; we're not ttc but it still bugs me not to have names in mind in case we had another!)

If I had to analyze the names you have, I would say you like short and sweet first names that are somewhat traditional and somewhat modern, and hyper-traditional, longer middle names.
