Kaia
I really like the name Kaia (not so much the Kaya spelling), but I'm not sure if it goes with the other names on my list.
For example, my list includes: Ariadne, Penelope, Matilda, Eve, Juliet, Charlotte, Primrose, Seraphina, Bryony, Adelaide, Eloise, Maeve, Amelia, Lenora, Genevieve, Linnea, and Aurora.
Is Kaia too out of place? I keep thinking it's too short or too trendy. What do you think?

Well, I mostly like Eve as middle name for Matilda and feel it is a bit more classic than Kaia. Also, would Kaija be too complicated?? The added j would probably just throw people off in America, right?

I love Kaia, actually! I've considered it many times in honor of my mom. I think it's just stunning. I do think stylistically it's different from your other favorites (shorter, yeah, but Eve's even shorter, and I don't really see Kaia as trendy, per se...), but it still works very well. I would love to meet a Kaia!

I think Kaia/Kaija/Kaja goes just fine with your other names. It's lovely. :)

I'm also sort of liking the Kaija spelling which is pronounced the same way. I have Norwegian heritage, so this spelling sort of appeals to me in that it includes a sort of Scandinavian element to the spelling. I have a seven-year-old second cousin named Mijah which is pronounced like Maia/Maya. Would adding the j just complicate things and be totally unnecessary if I were to ever name a child Kaia or does help include an element that honors my ancestry? (I think Kijah looks strange, so I wouldn't use that)
