We're having a girl! Now to the name!
I'm so excited to be having a girl, but I can't for the life of me pick just one name! Here is a list of a few I'm leaning towards. Please give any opinions, or impressions on each, and if you have any similar that I haven't listed I'm open!!!
Evangeline (love the nm Evie, or Eva)
Amelia
Olivia (although popular, after figuring out stats, it was only really given to .89% of girls born in 2011)
Elena
Mila
Emilie

An addition to my message: All of the names you've listed are gorgeous, by the way! Your baby girl would be so lucky to have such a beautiful name as any on this list :) I love Evangeline but vacillate between thinking it's too much and thinking it's perfect. I obviously love Amelia as well. Those are my top two, but the others are so pretty!

Evangeline - this is my Grandma Ruth's middle name so it has special meaning, but some days it just feels like too much to thrust upon a child. It is a heck of a name! However, it is truly beautiful and I love Evie (and Lina or Linny, I am saying it ee-VANJ-eh-leen hence Lina as LEE-nuh; Linny is more if you say it ee-VANJ-eh-lyn). Other options are Evelyn (much more popular though, and that seems to be a concern of yours; it's one of mine too!) and Genevieve or just Eve!
Amelia - I love this name a lot too! It's #3 on my list after Adelaide and Matilda :) It's so cute and fun yet still feels so respectable and poised
Olivia - I prefer Amelia and Evangeline because they feel so much more special and less overused so I would go with one of them. Amelia is rather popular, but definitely not to the same extent
Elena - this is really pretty and still feels quite rare. I like Lena (LAY-nuh/LEH-nuh, those pronunciations sound about the same to me) as nickname, or Ellie, that's cute too! Eleanor, Eleanora, or even Lenore/Lenora could be pretty too. I like Leni as a nickname (and Nora too!)
Mila - I think this could be a nickname for Amelia so I don't like it so much on it's own. Other nicknames for Amelia could be Mimi (my personal favorite), Amy (kind of dated), or Mia
Emilie - I really prefer the Emily spelling just because it seems more correct from the Emilys I know, though Emilie is kind of more French (right?) so it is very pretty. I like Amelia better though!

Evangeline - Really never liked it at all. Too close to Evangelist. Evie"s adorable, and so's Eva, but I'd rather Eva nickname Evie than deal with the whole name Evangeline.
Amelia - I aodre Amelia, it's so pretty! Getting popular too, but not overly so, and it's really classy and lovely.
Olivia - Never been my favorite, especially because of the popularity, but it's quite classy, and it's popular for a reason - it's pretty.
Elena - I'd prefer Helena or Elaine over Elena, it just looks incomplete. Pretty, though, and Lena's a lovely nickname.
Mila - Kinda cute, I don't really see it aging too well, though. But Mia's similar and popular, and that seems to be going over well, so I guess it would work out as well.
Emilie - I prefer Emily, but either's quite pretty. Rather common when and where I was growing up, so I think of it as being more popular than it is...

Evangeline- I don't like this name at all! Sorry, but I do like Ava a lot!
Amelia- I prefer Emilia,I love the name Emilia it's a favorite.
Olivia- one of my favorite names as well!
Elena- don't like Elena but Elle or Ella are cute!
Mila- love thi!
Emilie- prefer Emily spelling. Emmaline is also a great name imo!
So my favorites including the ones I said are Ava, Emilia, Olivia, Elle, Mila, and Emmaline.

Evangeline- I do love the nickname Evie! :) pretty name too!
Amelia- Love, it was a contender for my girls
Olivia- it's the most popular where I live (UK), it's also my name. Growing up I hated it (because back in the 80s-90s I never knew any others) but I've grown to love it!
Elena- Gorgeous
Mila- lovely, not my favourite but still pretty
Emilie- also was a contender for my girls. Love it!

Gorgeous names! And you're right, even the most popular names are still only given to a tiny percentage of all babies born so I wouldn't let that stop you if it's a name you love.
Elena is my favorite of your choices, followed closely by Evangeline. I also love Eva as a name on its own.

I really love Evangeline, Olivia, and Emilie! Have you considered Emilia? I think you could use the nn Mila for it, and it sort of combines Amelia and Emilie. It would combine three of your favorites! :)
My favorite is Olivia, though--I know it's so popular, but it's popular for a reason, I absolutely love it. I love its Shakespearean references, and the peaceful undertones (a la the olive branch). It's just great, imo.
Good luck!
