Agatha/Agnes - Don't like this one much, it sounds SO old to me. I like Agnes better than Agatha, but I just can't imagine it on a child...
Dorothy/Dorothea - I really love Dorothy, so pretty and classic! I'd love to see it make a comeback. Dorothea I like, but I think I pronounce it wrong. I always say it dor-ROH-thee-uh. And I've heard it said like Dorothy, or with the stress like dohr-THEE-uh. I dunno. I like Dorothy a lot better.
Florence - First thing I thought was Italy. Second thing I thought was Flo from those awful Progressive car insurance commercials. I think it's a lot too outdated for me... Also I don't like place names.
Leona - Really beautiful, I really love this one! So soft and pretty, and I think it would work really well with today's naming trends. I'm considering adding this to my list now, I really like it... (although I was reminded of a city in the Eragon/Inheritance books called Dras-Leona. That gives it a really fantasy feel to me, which I like, but maybe it's a bit...weird.)
Lorena - Not my favorite, but I do like it, it's pretty. Like Leona, it would fit well with today's naming trends.
Wilhelmina - NMS, I like the nickname Wil/Will for a girl, or Mina, but I just really don't love the full name. It's just too busy sounding.
Loreta - Pretty, different, and again, it would do well with the popular names today.

I know a Agatha and some Leona's.
Last time I was walking through hospital, some months ago, a baby was born and the parents called her Leona. It's quite popular in Germany with the nn Leo, that's why I think it's totally usuable.
I don't like Agatha , Dorothy/Dorothea, Florence , Wilhelmina and Lorena so much.
Loreta sounds very beautiful, but it reminds me of chocolate bars (although I don't think there are some called 'Loreta' ..)
My fav. one is Leona

I came up with the NN of Agate for Agnes (it's a type of rock). Maybe because I'm a wildlife major for college and I need to know basic geology. My favorites from your list arae Dorothy and Florence

I love old-fashioned names, but these wouldn't be the best options IMO. I think maybe Leona and Loreta/Loretta could work, but the rest i'm not so sure. Other old-fashioned names I think would work better:
Hazel
Mae
Harriet (Hattie!) LOVE
Norah
Phillipa (Pippa)
Maisie
Elsie
Elsa
Mabel
Victoria
Emmeline
HTH Luv Sar xoxo

I don't think any of these names would work well on a child of this generation. I think there are many better options that were popular back in the day and aren't popular now but don't sound so out of date.
Cynthia, Teresa, Margaret, Beverly/Everly, Helena, Lillian, Eleanor, Hazel, Viola, Vivian, Geneva, Harriet, etc.
I agree with this (though I'm not wild about Cynthia, Beverly, Hazel or Harriet either. I like the other suggestions though!).

It's hard for me to like Agatha or Agnes. They just sound harsh to me.
Dorothy/Dorothea is nice. I think it's about time it came back. It's an old-fashioned beauty. For a little girl, Dolly, Dot, or Dori would be a cute nickname.
I think Florence needs some more time to sound fresh again. It still strikes me as stodgy, at least in the first name position. What about Flora?

I particularly love Agnes! Agatha is lovely, too, but Agnes just... I love it. :) I'm not a huge fan of Aggie/Agi, but it is sort of cute, I suppose. Dorothy and Florence are really coming back into style, or they will very soon, but I can't say I'm a fan, sorry.
Leona is lovely, I think it's very in style and current, and sweet. Lorena/Loreta are nice, but not really my thing. I do think Loretta nn Etta would be adorable, though! I don't particularly love Wilhelmina, but I adore the nns Willa and Mina. Taylor and Natalie Hanson just used it for their baby daughter, though, so I'm not sure what that'll do to it. It is a nice name, I just prefer Willa personally.
Good luck!
