well kale id pronounce as rhyming with pale
and kael id pronounce at ka-yell
idc for either. i prefer kai or keir (keer) these sound similar but i like better. i think kael might be confused with kyle

I prefer Cael, which is a legitimate Gaelic name. Kael is better than Kale, since Kale just screams vegetable to me.
Agreed. Besides, most of my working life up until this point has been spent around seafood (which, ironically, I'm not a huge fan of, haha), so Kale/kale is quite a turn-off to me. But I think Cael (or in this case, Kael) is a much more attractive option. I would love to see Caelan nn Cael, though!
I also happen to love Caleb as a full name option, too. :)

Kale for sure it is the most straight forward and is a completely legit male name. It is the Hawaiin form of Charles. Cale too is legit as a shortened form of Caleb if you wanted.

Kale is the most attractive spelling and would have the least amount of mis-pronounciation. Cael is a nice alternative and less vegetable related.

My best friend loves the name Kale for her future baby boy. I like the spelling Kale better than Kael because as my friend says Kale is straight forward and easy. It'd probably be mispelt as Kael.

Kale is a vegetable; I'm afraid I don't get the appeal of it as a person's name.
