Mountain baby names
We still have a way to go, but I am interested in feedback about some names we've been talking about. We are Scotch-Irish (last name O'Malley), but I would also like a name that is pronounce-able in other languages, as I lived abroad and will be speaking both English and Spanish at home. My husband tends to be a little more traditional than I am. We also live in the mountains and are huge outdoor fans, so any suggestions for nature-based names are greatly appreciated!
Here are the names we have so far.
Boys (middle name Alexander):
Ronan

Torin and Killian are lovely. Shan is Chinese fore mountain and Munro is a lovely boys name.
Out of your girls names I like Corin and Leila the most.

Does anyone know an Eira? I think it's such a pretty name and fits our lifestyle perfectly (we are avid snow people). What about other "snow" names? Neve, Neva, Nieve?
I agree that it may be confused with Ira. Hmmm...
Those are pretty, or maybe Eirwen (Welsh - Snow, white, or blessed)?
or Aneira

Ronan Alexander is definitely my favorite of your boys names! Killian and Micah are nice too. For girls, I like Leila, Corinna, Claire, and Alaina- in that order.
Leila Grace is really pretty, and so is Corina Grace.
I like Claire, but I'm not sold on the one syllable first name with a one syllable middle name. It sounds a little choppy.

Nice names! For the boys, I like Ronan, Kai, Torin, Cormac, and Micah best (in that order).
For the girls, I like Corin and Fiona best. I love the idea of Eira, but think it would get confused with the male name Ira a lot in practice. Mia is cute too, but pretty popular now I think, and I love the spelling Lia, but think she would be constantly having to correct from Leah. You didn't mention them, but I also like Aurora (Dawn), and Tempest for nature names.

Kai and Micah are probably my two favorites for a boy. I think Micah Alexander O'Malley sounds pretty great. Girls are a lot harder for me, and for some reason I think my husband assumes we're having a boy, so he never really talks about what he likes for a girl. Funny enough, there are 50 girls and 3 boys in my family, so I hope he'll start talking soon!
Thanks for your feedback - I'm feeling better about all our options now!!

I love Ronan, Kai, Micah, Malia, Eleni, Nora, Claire, Marin, Lilia or Lia. You have so many great options! My very favorites would be ... mmm, I'm torn between Kai and Micaeh for a boy and for a girl ... SO hard to choose just one. Probably Marin.

Thanks for the reply. I love Spanish names, but it really doesn't fit our background. These are names that we like that can be pronounced in different languages, and actually most would have the same or very similar pronunciation. Torin has been growing on me - I met a boy named Torin when I was 12 or 13 and just remembered him the other day.
What do you think of Leila Grace?

Out of your boy names my favourite is Ronan and Adrian. However out of all of your boy names only Adrian would be pronouncable in Spanish.
I like a lot of your girl names, most of the ones ending in 'a' will be pronouncable in Spanish, apart from Eira, which sounds quite nice to me :) Claire would become Clara. I don't like Malia, as it's a name of a tacky cheap party town in Greece but I like it spelt Melia?
My favourites are Malena & Leila :) Good luck
