ElizabethHannah's Tons Of Kids! Congrats! Game (Round three!)

It has been three years since your triplets were born and you are sitting having coffee with a good friend who has brought her five year old adopted son for a playdate with your children. She tells you of all the joy and love this child has brought to her heart and her family. You cannot wait until your spouse gets home to tell him her story. You both agree that this is just what you want to do and after a year lond wait you are the proud parents of two beautiful children.

Heads: The country where the origin of your mother's maiden name is from
Tails: The country where the origin of your father's last name is from

If you roll a:
One: Newborn twin boys
Two: A two year old girl and a seven year old boy
Three: A three year old boy and a five year old boy
Four: A one year old girl and a four year old girl

Names:
You and your spouse have talked about whether or not you will change your childrens names to make them easier for everyone to pronounce. But, you decide against it because you'd really like to keep them tied to their roots so they will always have that. You do, however, decide to add a commonly used american name as a second middle name. 

The only rules you have to follow for this round: 
Your children's first and first middle name must both come from the country of their birth. Their second middle name must be a commonly used name in America.
