THAT'S MY NAME!

My sister-in-law and I are pregnant at the same time...
She is due in January, I'm due in May. She is naming her baby boy after my husband Rodrigo (I know, not the greatest name) but if we have a boy we want it to be a JR. And she is having her baby first and she won't change it!
She says 1) We don't own the name 2) we don't even know what we are having and 3)we can't stop her!
She is right but IT'S MY NAME! I'm horrified! Help!
