This is my second baby, but my best friend wants to throw a shower for me anyway. Is it tacky to have another one?
Personally, I think if your second child follows within two to four years, it's really not appropriate. You still have all of your baby gear and possibly even a lot of clothes. If it's been five years or longer—especially if you got rid of all of your baby stuff—it's more understandable.
