There is no exact formula for properly gauging what size maternity clothes your new body will grow into eventually. But it may help to know that most maternity clothes designers size their collections to match pre-pregnancy sizing. Still, the safest bet is simply to spend time in the dressing room trying everything on until you find something that fits. You might be a medium in one designer and an extra large in another. Go with what looks and feels good.
