How Should a Twin Pregnancy Feel?

Since I have never been pregnant with twins before and my only full-term pregnancy was 17 years ago, I am baffled by this whole pregnancy.
I try to do research, but there are so many sites with different opinions and I find it hard to get concrete information on twin pregnancy. When do I feel them move? I think I have already, but who knows? How should my body be feeling? What are normal symptoms?
Too many questions lol. I am now in my 16th week and VERY happy, but still terrified.
