Did He Have a Secret Vasectomy?

A year ago I had my son, pregnancy #3. I conceived rather quickly with him. My husband and I had want to have one more child. My two daughters are almost 9 years apart. Didn't plan it that way, but that's how it happened.
Well, after a heated argument we had, my husband stated he didn't want anymore. He travels a lot and can be out for two weeks or so. Well, after my sons 6 month mark, I asked if we really wanted to start trying, since I didn't use any type of contraceptives since his birth. Now, its been all this time and I'm not pregnant.. :( I got my yearly coming up next month. Just trying to figure out if it's me or if he really did went behind my back and had himself 'fixed'. If he did, I don't know how I will react.
How can I tell if he did have one? Does the amount of ejaculation reduce after a vasectomy? Anyone know? I've noticed that his has and seems runny. Believe me, I have asked him and he states he hasn't but I really don't know any signs of a vasectomy been done.
Also, he had done the lapband surgery and has lost a lot of weight and his consumption of solid and fluids have dropped. So I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it too?
My cycles differ sooo much. From 27 days to 34 or 35 days. I started charting and trying to figure out my fertile days & ovulation, but to no avail thus far.
Anyone chime in please.. ALL will be appreciated! :) Just need some insight for peace of mind.. I will ask my doc at my appointment, but that's a month from now.. Blessings to all!
